Oakley Pond Duck House

Just to update you all, writes Eric, today the Men’s Shed finally restored the the Oakley Pond Duck House. This was a big project for the Shed, as some of you know it was not easy to move the base because of the weight that had to be pressure washed to get the dirt out of the Oak.

The Duck House had to be rebuilt with new Red Cedar.

Overall I think we should be pleased with what we have achieved as it took over forty hours to carry out the work.
